How do I know its time to replace my AC Air conditioner?
If you have a high FPL bill, or your current air conditioning unit is over 10 years old, and still using freon. It’s definetly time to consider getting it replaced.
Why should I replace my existing unit if it still works?
When you upgrade to high efficiency. The new air conditioner does not have to work so hard. This means lower FPL bills. The savings on your energy bills helps off cover the cost of the new AC unit.
Is your AC using Freon, broken or rusty? We Remove and install brand new air conditioning units to keep your home cool all year round and breathing fresh air.
What if I have poor credit?

When should I replace my roof?
With the heavy rainfall and high winds here in Florida, it is recommended that you should consider replacing your roof after 10-12 years to prevent water leaks and structural damage.
Your roof is the most important defence mechanism against heavy water, winds, sunlight, and pests. To avoid any wear and tear damages we will replace your roof quickly and efficiently.
Why should I insulate my attic?
With the hot temperatures all year-round, an uninsulated attic can reach 140*F in the summer months. The hot air heats up the cold air vents and this forces the air conditioning unit to work harder. This raises the cost of your FPL bill. When an a/c works too hard, you end up hefty repair bills.
But my Air conditioner is new, why is my FPL bill still high?
Its great you took a huge step to making your home more efficient. You might not be seeing the benefits from your new unit for 2 reasons.
1. Chances are that you have old air ducts & vents. In Florida, many homeowners have duct work that is original to the home. This is unsafe. But also inefficient. Having old ducts is unsanitary, They can carry:
• Dust & dirt
• Harmful bacteria
• Mold & mildew
All ducts get damaged due to age, poor design, mold, and rodent damage. We replace your air duct to keep your HVAC running efficiently with increased airflow and improved indoor air quality.
2. Another reason why your FPL could be high is that your windows are old.
• The old glass can not keep the cold air inside your home. This makes the air conditioner work harder which means higher FPL bills.
• You pay expensive home insurance premiums when your windows are out of date.
• During a bad storm, old windows are not fit to protect you and your home from damage from possible debris.
