What this site is

It explains what we do, which counties we work in, and how to reach us. Everything on it is general information about home improvement work in Florida.

It is not a quote, an offer, or a contract.

Prices and timelines

Nothing on this site is a price. What a job costs and how long it takes depend on your home, and both come to you in writing after someone has looked at it.

Asking for an estimate

Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract and it does not hold a place on the schedule. Work starts after a written contract is signed by both sides.

Text messages

If you tick the box on the quote form, you agree that State Upgrades may send you text messages about your request and your job: confirming an appointment, telling you the crew is on the way, following up on an estimate. Ticking it is optional. We will still give you a quote if you leave it alone.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those are between you and your carrier. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (786) 589-5123 or info@stateupgrades.com. Reply STOP at any time to stop the messages; we will send one message confirming that we have stopped, and then nothing further unless you ask us to start again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text is not the way to reach us in an emergency. Call (786) 589-5123.

What we do with your number is set out on the Privacy page. The short version: it is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing.

Our license

State Upgrades is the brand of US Upgrades LLC, a Florida certified general contractor holding license CGC1533731. You do not have to take our word for it. You can look the license up yourself at MyFloridaLicense.com.

What belongs to us

The words, photographs, and layout on this site are ours or licensed to us. You are welcome to read it and to share links to it. Copying it to use somewhere else needs our permission first.

Links to other companies

Some pages link out to manufacturers, lenders, and state websites. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they say or do.

When the site is out of date or down

We work to keep this site accurate and available, and we cannot promise it is always either. Product lines change and pages fall behind.

If something here matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
