What we ask you for, what happens to it, and what we do not do. This page covers this website. If you sign a contract with us, that document has its own terms.

What we ask you for
A name and a phone number are the two we need in order to call you back. The rest is optional, and the form never asks for an email address.
- Your name
- Your phone number
- The address of the property
- The service you are interested in
- Anything you type in the message box
- The product options you picked, if you used the visualizer
What is sent along with it
Your browser sends that last one with every request it makes, to every website. We keep it with your request so the office can tell a real submission from a broken one.
- The page you sent the form from
- The date and time
- Whether you ticked the text-message box, and if you did, the exact wording you agreed to
- Which language you were reading in
- The name your browser gives for itself and your device type
Your IP address
We use it to stop spam, and for nothing else. Our server counts recent submissions from the same address so a bot cannot flood the form. That count sits in memory for ten minutes and is then gone.
It is not written to a file, not attached to your request, and not passed on to anyone.
Address suggestions
When the address box offers suggestions as you type, the characters you have typed go to Google's address service to fetch them. That request goes through our own server, so your browser never contacts Google directly.
Nothing else from the form goes with it. Not your name, not your phone number, not your message.
What we do not do
That is what this site does today, not a promise about someday. If any of it changes, this page changes with it.
- No cookies
- No analytics and no tracking pixels
- No advertising or social media trackers
- No fonts or scripts loaded from another company
- No selling, renting, or trading your information
Where your request goes
It goes to our office so somebody can call you back about the work you asked about. We do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.
The path is short: our own server hands it to an automation service we run, which files it in GoHighLevel, the customer system the office works out of. The people who see it are the staff who book and run the job.
Text messages
The quote form has a checkbox asking whether we may text you. It is not ticked for you, and leaving it alone does not stop us from giving you a quote. Tick it and we may text you about your request and your job: confirming an appointment, telling you the crew is on the way, following up on the estimate.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop; STOP ends the messages and we will not text you again unless you ask us to.
Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are not shared with anyone for marketing. No mobile information is sold, rented, or passed to a third party or an affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that touch it are the ones that carry the message for us, and they may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
A request we never act on is kept only while calling you back about it still makes sense, and then it goes.
If you become a customer, your record stays with the contract, the permits, and the warranty file, because we have to be able to stand behind the work and show what was agreed.
If you tell us to stop texting, we keep the fact that you opted out. That record is what stops another message from going out, so deleting it would defeat the point.
Asking what we have, or asking us to delete it
Write to info@stateupgrades.com and ask. Tell us the name and phone number you used so we can find the right record.
We will tell you what we hold and delete what we are not required to keep. Records tied to a signed contract, a pulled permit, or a live warranty have to stay, and we will say so plainly rather than quietly keeping them.
Children
This site is for homeowners. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from someone under 13.
When this page changes
If we change how any of this works, we update this page and change the date at the top of it.
